We all start somewhere

This is hands down an amazing book by chef. From taking you through different kitchens you can really put yourself into the story and feel what the young chef was feeling and going through. Definitely recommend this book in audio for on the go people that love listening to books… but having the hard copy will definitely be in my collection too.
