Sexy Catman and the Lovely Improved Alice

If you haven't read Chasing Rabbits by Erin Bedford do not read this review *spoilers* from the first book in this review.


Now that Kat is back in the human realm everything hasn't gone back to normal as she expected, but then again how is that going to happen when you find out you have the soul and now memories of a hundred year dead faerie princess residing in you? Aside from that, having a sexy catman popping in to see you and faerie going crazy to have you back (mostly the fault of your crazy White Queen mother with a dash of your ex fiance/unseelie prince thrown in) while you are still trying to figure out who you are in nearly unbearable for poor Kat, but quite funny for u. I love how this story continues from the previous book and turns a great classic into an amazing modern fairy tale. Don't get me wrong I love the new Hollywood version of Alice in Wonderland (haven't seen the second), but this story has everything that one has been missing. This series brings a classic to the present and makes it so much more real and turns it into something everyone should find believable. There is one Question I am dying to know and I bet you probably are too and that is... How amazing is Chess in bed??? Want to know? Well maybe (possibly) you will (will not) find out?

Lisa did an amazing job narrating and I loved every moment of listening to her read.

A little Slower than Chasing Rabbits

Cat is back in the human world trying to resume her normal life and take in everything she's been awakened to about herself. Her past life as a high fey, haunts her new life as a human and she really just needs everyone to chill out and realize she's not who they want her to be. But who does she want to be... Between her Fey mom, fey ex, human mom, and overbearing boss she's about to lose it! Literally! Her powers are out of control! Chess comes to the rescue and she's forced to face her feelings for the half breed....and her place in this world and the Underground.

This story moves a little slower than the first book, but it's still an excellent read! And like the first book, it leaves you wanting more!

Can't wait for the next one!

Such an interesting series. Most books you can see where the story is going - this one had me guessing the whole time. It's not far out crazy, but it's not easy to see where the author is taking us on this amazing journey! Can't wait for the next book!

The narration is great as well. The story flows nicely and the characters are all easily distinguishable.

I am totally hooked...I want to know what happens next...now! lol
This books picks up right where the other one left off.
Although Ches has me totally ticked off at this point I am totally team Ches! Why can't he tell her exactly how he feels?
Dorian seems like such a suck & can't handle the fact that he is no longer the one that Kat/Lyn wants anymore. The whole 1/2 breed comment completely ticks Kat off and if Dorian wanted to get her back he certainly wouldn't keep using that word like it left a bad taste in his mouth considering the woman he loves is now a 1/2 breed herself!

I can't wait to get my hands on the next book!
