In this astounding account, Wall Street's notorious bad boy - and original million-dollar-a-month stock chopper - leads us through a drama worthy of The Sopranos, from his early rise to power to the FBI raid on his estate to the endless indictments at his arrest, to his deal with a bloodthirsty prosecutor to rat on his oldest friends and colleagues - while they were doing the same. With his kingdom in ruin, not to mention his marriage, the Wolf faced his greatest challenge yet: how to navigate a gauntlet of judges and lawyers, hold on to his kids and his enraged model wife - and possibly salvage his self-respect. It wasn't going to be easy. In fact, for a man with an unprecedented appetite for excess, it was going to be hell.©2009 Jordan Belfort (P)2009 Blackstone Audio, Inc. I enjoyed the tone and style. The content was a blatant window into the lack of morality existent when people suddenly reach a powerful position. it was also motivating to see that we can all achieve wealth through smart a d hard work.... oh and the system is crooked as hell.

I laughed a lot. Learned a little .

It literally sounds like Marty Byrd is reading me the story of his life. I mean if you don’t think this is Jason Bateman please email me so we can talk about it.

Jordan Belfort learns to write in his entertaining first book The Wolf of Wall Street. This book is as entertaining and interesting as the first but his writing is much improved. I enjoyed learning about the logistics of his business but the insanity of his life and the crazy place it took him was the meat of this story. More business back ground and less insanity may have made it slightly better but its was a great book. I was sad when it ended.

Great story great narrator
