Incredible

I loved every second of this story! But most of all, I loved Josephine. Her story broke my heart and sewed it back together. I'm looking forward to listening to the sequel. Also, the narrator is fantastic!

Youthful romance

Interesting story about a young idealist girl who has loss pain strength and survived to have all her dreams come true

Wow! Interesting! Intriguing! Captivating!

So well written, and the narrator did a fantastic job! When the book was recommended we had no idea just how much we would enjoy. Not a dull moment! Kept us on our toes while weaving through a story of betrayal, forgiveness and redemption! And for the romantics, the author does not disappoint!

My new favorite book!

I loved it! Kept me interested and couldn’t sleep! In the beginning the idioms were too numerous but I think she droppped that after a while.

Amazing storytelling!!

And awesome narrator too! This book kept me intrigued the whole way through, which says a lot for my ADD mind. I often have to replay books over and over to be able to follow along, but not this book! I couldn’t listen to it fast enough. I’m really looking forward to the movie!

Content warning: this book involves trafficking and there is an ‘almost’ sexual assault moment for the main character but it is all handled very tactfully and only involves a very short section of the book. It’s definitely worth the read in my opinion.

This book is sooo good!

I’m about half way through and the detail in plot, setting and character is truly wonderful.

These books from nova are truly captivating. They are long, but so intriguing and I look forward to the next book in this series. What an amazing author.

it was an entertaining listen....I was able to feel for the protagonist plight and was happy with the finish and wrap up of the story
