Quick Office Romance
I received this audiobook free for an honest review as a member of the Pink Flamingo Production Review Team. If you are looking for a steamy romance that is quick, this is the listen for you. Love at first sight is not a myth. Sasha and Nathan are coworkers who, according to office policy, are not allowed to have a relationship. However that doesn't stop their budding love. The author brought a quick steamy romance in the form of these two coworkers. An excellent listen. Lexi Evans did an excellent job with the characters, their personalities and the overall story.

Pleasant but underwhelming
I wanted to like this story, but it fell short in my opinion. I do appreciate that the marketing firm setting seemed realistic, and there is a nice happy ending. I also like that the two main characters formed an emotional connection and appreciated each other’s intelligence before they made love. The hero was likable, polite, and respectful. However, I couldn’t really connect with the heroine, and I’m not sure why. Also, I did not like the narrator’s character voice for the heroine. It sounds like a Texas sorority girl trying to fake a Valley Girl accent. However, the solo female narrator Lexi Evans had a lovely, sexy voice for the hero. The pacing and emotiveness was good. There were a couple of love scenes that were moderately steamy. For me, this 1.5-hour-long sexy story was not as good as I had hoped.

short & sexy
Sasha works for a successful advertising co. There's a no fraternizing policy within the company.
Sasha wouldn't consider acting on that since she wants promotion in the company. Until one day, Nathan, the hot sexy new guy started working there. Nathan just oozes sex and charm. Sasha knew she was in trouble with him working there. This short office tomance is fast paced, but full of angst, sex, and a turmoil between them.
Lexi Evans narration is very good. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this story.

A good short story
This is the second book I've listened to by Nicole Highland. It's my favorite of the two. Writing short, romance stories that seem real is difficult. I thought this one was well done. I loved the characters. It's a perfect short story to pass time with when needed. I'll listen to it again.
