For the first few minutes I wasn't sure about this book and then something pulled me in and I was lost in the story to the end. Wonderful down home play on the politics of racism. Loved the perfect ending.

Could have been better.
There is a good concept to this story, but in order for it to be great, it needed to be longer with more story to it. It went too fast. The narrator was not good. I listened to the whole story because I was interested in the story line, but would have rather read it myself than listen to the narrator.
