It starts with a BELIEF!!
I thought Debra did a stellar job of building on her plan step by step as that enables her readers to focus on where they are getting held up in the process.
Another area that stood out to me is her sense of reality. Debra made sure her audience is well aware of what needs to be done and that challenges will occur along the way. She wants us to be prepared, and therefore not derailed, when an unknown issue is thrown our way!
