Reference PDF is in your Library

As many have mentioned, this audiobook refers to a lot of diagrams and visuals in order to fully grasp the principles it's sharing. I was frustrated listening to it as well.

Until, I discovered that a reference PDF with all the diagrams are in the Library section of your Audible account.

It's very helpful and provides a much better understanding of the book.

Great how to build & execute a blue ocean strategy

if you've read or listen to the original book called Blue Ocean strategy you know that there was a ton of information in that book that was hard to digest.

And this book you get the how to build and execute a Blue Ocean strategy.

You're going to need to follow along the PDF why you listen to get the most from this one.

This is a great book. Very deep. Must listen intently would recommend listen two times to really understand.

More focused toward established businesses

This book is more focused toward big businesses looking to get out of the red ocean and enter the blue. Still have good examples of big companies that left the red ocean to get in to the blue ocean.

Proof of Concept by Actual Successful Outcomes

Understanding and appreciating the shift from a Red Ocean to a Blue Ocean Strategy is so refreshingly stimulating. Being unchained from the red ocean constant struggle opens your mind to so many amazing possibilities.

Another VERY insightful and mind-opening work by the authors. I absolutely love it and feel it deserves a permanent space on the Entrepreneur's bookshelf.

Very similar to 1st book

If you read the 1st book, you will find a lot of similarities and same examples in this book. The few differences would probably be the direct examples in government and some of the tools provided in the PDF. Good for reviewing same concepts from the first book
