Really good series. J A can really write. IThis is the first time listening to Her books. Love the narration. I think you will really enjoy this series.

No complaints! It's a great series

Jack Daniels and crew are such a great bunch, you never know who is going to pop in for their debut. This story has it's elusive serial killer, identity appearing half way through the book, and Jack again becoming a target. She just gets under these guys skin for some reason.
The killer almost seems to be a side story for me, cause I just love the main cast of characters. Jack, Herb, Harry keep the story rolling with personal lives that are sometimes a hoot, and the next minute you're feeling their pain.
Jack's life seems to be a believable one, dedicated to her job, but wanting a personal life and things never seem to work out for her. When she does find happiness, a wrench always gets thrown in.
Intriguing characters, lots of suspense and action makes this series a winner.

I love all the books in this series. Period!!! Bravo Jack Daniels.

The continuation of Jack Daniels

I thoroughly enjoy visiting with Jack, Phin, Harry and Herb.

Mr Konrath doesn't fail in this ongoing story of Jack Daniels. He always finds new inventive psychotic killers for the detective turned future private eye to get her and her friends involved with.

I look forward to reading the next installment in their lives.

Love this series wonderful story lines cant wait for next one..Jack and Herb kick ass....This is my second time reading and listening..Every better 2nd time around.. Not many books can full off not getting old, but better.. !!

This author is a good writer with good character!

Excellent story I prefer cozy stories. Did not like ending. However I would recommend this book to others.

2nd novel in the Jacqueline 'Jack' Daniels series

Bloody Mary is notably better than Whiskey Sour. Konrath also does a better job of character development with Jack Daniels. Narration is outstanding! This is a well written detective novel with a very likable and tough female protagonist.

I really like this series! The characters are funny and likable but the subject is serious enough not allow boredom. On to the next in series!!!
