Best one in the series

If you’ve been follow this series, you will enjoy this story. Most relatable one for me. I love have the mustangs WAGS have evolve into a caring family. Bryan was always in the background so it’s nice to finally learn about her. I think this would be an enjoyable movie on Netflix.

Just Ok

The story with the brother never really came to light...why was he out to get max...i kept waiting for more details there but it never unfolded...just a very safe story with no shock factors at all

Excellent story-telling; slightly rushed plot

I anxiously awaited the next installment in this series. I think Alexa Martin is an excellent story-teller - the characters' expressions and actions vividly come to life as you read/listen. And let's face it, I seriously want to be friends with these ladies. But IMO, this was probably the weakest story of the 3. It felt rushed, and at times, quite predictable. I'm not sure if I just have a familiarity with the writer's style after reading Intercepted and Fumbled. Or if this book was, in fact, rushed to meet the upcoming deadline or overly edited to meet a particular word count. I wish the second half of the book had been expanded a bit more - I very much dislike how the entire storyline was resolved in like 2 chapters.

That said, I am a solid Alexa Martin fan. So if there is a fourth book, I will eagerly download it and spend another 8-10 hours with the surprisingly likable Mustangs WAGs. Even if flawed, I highly recommend this book if you're looking for a fun, fantasy read.

Fun Read

I love how each of Alexa's books have told a story of characters that have showed up in other books. I like how they all tie into to each other. It got off to a slow start but picked up by the 5th chapter.

Love Alexa Martin’s writing

I’ve read all 3 books in a week and throughly enjoyed her writing positive things when it came to men. I read plenty of fiction and the men/athletes tend to be the villains, but this was a refreshing change!!! Overall I enjoyed all of the story lines and I’m a sucker for book series. Can’t wait to read future books by the author.

Excellent job narrating by Kristen Sieh

I loved this book when I read it when it first came out. Now listening to the audio I love it all over again. Kristen Sieh does an amazing job narrating the book. Listening to her I can totally picture Brynn and Maxwell and visualize all their trials and tribulations, their parents h from friends to lovers and Brynn’s adventures with the Lady Mustangs.

I really enjoyed the storyline. I also liked that the author didn't fetishize the racial differences.
