Happy New Years to me!

I bought this book but couldn’t find the time to sit down and read it (ahem. What the whole freaking book was about)! So on New Years Eve I double purchased and started listening to it on Audible. Happy New Years to me!!!! It was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. Elise has so much sage wisdom tucked into one short easy to read / listen book. You won’t regret it. There’s something for everyone.

Inspiration To Get Started With My Dream

Advice on how to get started when you are afraid; and. keep going when it’s dull and boring. I felt that Elise was sitting next to me at a coffee shop and telling me how “she does it all”.

I have been following her since she was scrapbooking designer for Project Life. And I am so impressed how easily she moves to the next craft, project, etc. and learns so quickly that she is able to make a living with her new craft. I was constantly wondering how does she do it. And now I know.

Uplifting + Actionable Ideas

I adore Elise and have been following her online for over ten years. She has such an uplifting and can-do nature. I really appreciated that this book is filled with ideas that I can actually try. I have the audio and hard copy. It was great to listen to, I loved her podcast and it was nice to hear her wisdom in a new form!

After my head was constantly too crowded to produce a clear thought or finished project, it feels as if Elise held my hand to lead me out of chaos into a bright clean room where everything is possible again and where things will GET DONE. I will be forever greatful!

East listening, highly motivational

I chose this book as a companion while I deep cleaned my home. Not only is Elise easy to listen to, but her thought and comments were as though she was right there with me, pushing me to keep going. Her observations are slap your forehead obvious in the way your life long best friend from kindergarten sits you do em and says girl, you’re going off the rails, but I’m here for you and this is what we are going to do. I’ve already decide to purchase the paperback version as a companion piece and follow through on some of her homework suggestions. I also will encourage my college senior daughter to listen to it too! We overthink things and both get in our own way and I believe Elise is the friend who can finally set us on the right path and if not she had good advice about that too!

So inspiring!

A Necessary Read!

I’m so glad i listened to this book! It is funny, honest, relational and SO PRACTICAL. Elise does an incredible job at helping you see the areas you can improve without making you feel beat down and defeated. She provides practical, single action steps to take instead of showing off the whole staircase which makes the book exceedingly approachable. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get anything out of life - get out of the autopilot things we do daily and get intentional about how we actually want to spend our time.

I love reading and the beat is when you come across a book that stays with you and helps you grow. I am exited to use a-lot of the tips given to me in this book. I found it really genuine and easy to listen too. The author did a really good job at laying out her ideas sharing her stories while still getting me to want to take the steps necessary to start making and achieving my goals.
