Entertaining and enjoyable short romantic suspense story with a HEA. Just what the title says A Bad Boy romance. Brody has been brought into the hospital with a gunshot wound. From the moment Jess sees Brody she is drawn to him. Brody a Mafia cleaner, who convinces good girl Jess that he didn't do what he was accused of and convinces her to help him escape from the hospital and police. Is he guilty? Or is he telling the truth? Can a Bad Boy really change his ways?

Logan McAllister does a good job with the narration. This is the first time I have listened to him narrate a book. Pleasant voice. Easy on the ears. He needs to slow down a bit. He's speaking so fast at times the sentences run together. There is not much difference between his male and female voices, which is very confusing at times.

Fun, suspenseful short!

This was a quick, entertaining, suspenseful listen! Jess, an ICU nurse is set to take care of Brody, the man taken into custody for killing a police officer. He has been shot in the stomach, and is under 24 hour surveillance, leaving only Jess and his doctor to take care of him. There is an instant connection between the two, though it's hard to determine whether Brody is believable. Is he really innocent? Could he really be in love with her? Should she help him break out of the hospital? She has felt numb for so long since her husband died, and the guilt she carried from that, it is interesting that she finds the bad boy to be attractive. I for one wanted to believe him...so I did.

Now the question for those that haven't read this...was he for real? You will have to read the book. It's got a few twist and turns, some real action, some horribly,awful people and a great ending!

Logan McAllister has a very warm, sexy voice. He portrays the bad boy perfectly, making you fall in love with the character.
