I am so in love with this series. I adored the Rock Chicks series. I have reread them numerous times. This book, feels like a better version of them! I loved the first book in the series but this one is even better! I’m here for the Avenging Angels and cannot wait for the series to continue. There’s passion, humor, grit, love, friendship, and drama (minus the absolute crazy over the top drama of the Rock Chicks). The cameos of the Rock Chicks and Hot Bunch are a great addition! This book felt like coming home. I highly recommend! As always, the narration is perfection!

Daisy and Marcus’ story was heartbreaking and beautiful. I felt sad for her and overjoyed at the same time. The hard times made her who she was (both of them). They were perfect for each other.

This book is so good! All the rock chick vibes with a new crew! I loved Jess and Eric’s story. I also loved that we get to keep Tex and the scene with Ava and Luke girls too! Melt my heart!

Love this new series with the throwback vibes of the Rock Chicks, especially since they are set in my city of Phoenix! This was a fantastic continuation of the Angels story. In current times, most audiobooks I listen to have a male and female narrator. Stella Bloom performs this book masterfully and needs no one else to tell this story!

If you're new here, you might not know this, but I absolutely love Kristen Ashley's books. I know her writing style isn't for everyone, but I absolutely love it. I don't know how to describe it other than to say it makes everything feel a little more real, even though some of the things her characters experience seem a little over the top. All the same, I love them and I can't get enough of them.

This is the second book in the Avenging Angels series, which is a spin-off of her Rock Chick series. I've only read the first two Rock Chick books, and still followed this one and enjoyed it immensely. That said, I can definitely see how one might enjoy this series even more after reading the Rock Chick series. I can see where there are references to the other series and how I might feel a little more connected to the side characters if I had finished the Rock Chicks. But again, I loved this one without reading the entire Rock Chick series.

Another thing I love about Kristen Ashley books? How much the main characters care for each other. I love the romance you find in her books. The way both people become truly infatuated with the other person and fall madly in love might just be my favorite. Even with most of her heroes being alpha heroes, there is so much respect held for their partner, and it's never about making them be something other than who they are, which I love. And the woman never back down from what they want while still respecting their partner. Eric and Jess are seriously the perfect pair in this book, and watching the two fall in love is perfection.

And because this review could go on forever, here's a list of other things I loved about this book:

- The healing of past traumas
- The side characters
- The entire story

Seriously, just read this book because it was fantastic!
