Shubaly's wry, candid performance of his own semi-autobiographical work brilliantly captures his vulnerability and ambivalence, and his spot-on comedic timing pokes equal fun at the reality TV auditioning process as well as his own narcissism.

Just a fun, light listen, when you need something un-serious but enjoyable. In the vein of reality-programming gone awry! Liked the narration by the author as well.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

It was fine to entertain as I did housecleaning
Being it was short, it was as if I were sitting chatting with friend about his experience.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Nothing. I'm not a "Change the story" kind of person. If I wanted to do that, I'd write my own story. :)

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

Nothing. It was fine. The only reason it has a 3 rating is because it was just a fun little chat with not a bunch of substance. Not a bad thing, it's just that I knew what I was getting when I bought it.

What else would you have wanted to know about Mishka Shubaly’s life?

Anything else he was willing to tell. Again, it was his story to tell, not mine to change.

Any additional comments?

If you want to have a fun chat with a guy friend and you don't have one handy, this book will suffice as a good fill in.

Listen to this story on a long walk or a car ride. Miska always make me laugh out loud and then in turn care deeply. He’s a wonderful storyteller
