Ok, story, but characters are not very bright.

Story was cool, but the characters make very dumb decisions considering that they are supposedly scientists and astronauts.

Good story

Not a huge fan of the narrator. The story is good but obvious. Not his best work by far. Still love this author

Great concept. Intelligent characters that somehow make the dumbest decisions ever.

The charecters are made to be really dumb and shortsighted, considering they are scientists and astronauts.
The monster design is intresting but is unbalanced. Which I believe is the reason for the weird smart character having to make dumb decisions to progress the story.
The concept is really good, and has a lot of potential. However probably best to start over as a standalone story.

Overall a decent listen.

A Good Book but a Little Off

The listen was enjoyable enough, the usual fare for the author and narrator, but the story was… I can only say “off”, somehow. Plot threads were left dangling, and the story had a “canned” quality about it. That is the best I can describe it. Good, but not their best work.

Horror and Monsters

If you liked the Alien, you might like this book. Creepy, predictable and took a lot of people doing stupid things to make a story advance. I have a lot of ideas for you to do
