Why autogenic training for children?
As part of preventive health care, Autogenic Training for children is used to improve imagination, concentration and school performance, strengthening confidence in one's own abilities as well as the child's immune system. To support children in stressful life situations, with nervousness and inner tension, performance and behavioural difficulties, Autogenic Training can have a supportive effect and, of course, be used in parallel to therapeutic treatments.
