Made interesting connections

Overall, I really got a lot out of the concepts that he was introducing in this book. As a therapist who works with clients with ADHD and ASD and anxiety, I do understand what he is talking about and I agree. However, listening to this book as an audiobook was hard for me because there were a lot of times that I really needed the visual of what he was talking about, especially the dense scientific references, and I didn’t see any PDFs that came with the audiobook. I appreciated the case studies or references to specific clients, where he took his concepts and explained interventions. I guess I just would’ve liked more summarization and some visual things to follow. But overall got a lot out of this book.
