I love your book. This book is very informative. You covered a lot of good detail but it would be nice if you had some different books that could cover details that you couldn't cover in your first book. You mention about the different types of airlines and International travel. That could be a book in its self. What about speaking different languages? You didn't cover that at large. Can speaking multiple languages depend on your pain and what type of work you could be hired for? How are you as a flight attendant trained to help PWD People With Disabilities. I am a PWD. My experience on a Frontieer flight that was very helpful was before the flight took off the flight attend asked me, "What is the best way that we can help you off of the aircraft in the event of an emergency"? That was helpful and a big concern as a PWD is how would you handle a situation where you are flying for 15 plus hours without stopping and someone who can't walk at all because they use a power chair, needs to use the lavatory room? There is more that can be told. Thank You for your service.

Great info, but such negative insights on the end.

I love the info about getting hired as a F/A, it was very helpful. But, B4 the story was over, it was filled with so much fear & discouraging information that it almost made u NOT want to be a F/A. He seemed to have been projecting his own personal experiences as a way for ALL F/A. Granted he wanted us to know that being a F/A isn't all glitz & glam like some ppl may believe, and wanted to express the negative side. But, sheesh...He made it all doom & gloom 😱, and says he wanted to get the negative out of the way, and wanted to end it on a positive...WRONG!!! The only positive, after 80% negative and doom & gloom including, talk Abt plane crashes & ppl wanting to take the plane down was what we ALL already know is fight benefits. Are u kidding me? I've heard many people, and YouTubers talk Abt the down side, and much about the excitement and benefits of the F/A lifestyle. They expressed what they didn't like, and most haven't experienced what this man has gone through.

I gave it a 5 star bc it gave me the encouraging info I needed as far as getting hired & interview prepping. But, to instill so much fearful info after getting the job is crazy, then have the audacity to say I saved the best for last "the good thing Abt F/A job is the flight benefits & travel." Duh...that's obvious, what else you got? 🤦🏽‍♀️

informative & entertaining

this book weaves together the stories one flight attendant (bill Rivera) shares in becoming and thriving in the career, while also sprinkling in some basic "how to" I'm not in the aviation industry but have a new appreciation for the work and certainly the rigorous hiring process. gives me a lot to think about as a passenger and traveler. it's also an interesting perspective to consider the parallels across my line of work with rivera's experience.

the narration was so smooth and natural. at times it felt like the narrator (gregory sutton) was speaking directly to me. I really enjoyed how it presents as conversational. his voice was soothing and always clear to understand. It never felt like he was reading, his voice is dynamic without being over the top. he gave Rivera's words voice.

great listen. would love to read feedback from listeners in the field of aviation.
