Good overview. Too much political bias.

Very thorough coverage of the subject matter. Unfortunately the author couldn't keep his liberal political opinions out of it. So I have to deduct a couple stars for that.

Concise overview of AI and ML for Marketers

So many business books I've read have a great overview and capture interest only to continue on repeating the generalities at a slow pace. I'm a techie moving into AI and marketing and this book gave me a deeper than expected foundation. I interviewed recently for a new job in data marketing and was surprised how much material I knew in this new field--thanks to this book.

Not much to dislike here. Good insights and references. I would highly recommend this book to a small business owner looking for insights.

Basic Understanding of AI

They point out in the beginning of the book that this reading is not designed to teach Data Scientists, but rather to show marketing and sales employees how AI can shape marketing in the future. The books give a solid basic understanding of AI marketing strategies and techniques, but if you have more advanced knowledge on AI and ML then you might only want to glance and quickly brief a few chapters.
