Those breath prayers! So so good…
Wow. This book was incredible. I am a Youth Pastor and I went through this during the month of Feb, 2024 with my entire Youth Group. Each chapter (day) was powerful truth yet bite-sized accessibility, never more than 1 page front/back. The audio version is less than 6min a day.
The most powerful part for me was the daily breath prayers. I copied them all onto notecards to hang in my office. Liz, if you ever read this please make these into something we can buy, like how Every Moment Holy does their liturgies. I would buy all of them.
Don’t think you have to struggle with Anxiety to benefit from this book. Everyone can and will benefit, why not start today?
