Great Story but I would have been better with the explicit sexual sections.

I enjoy this story very much. I almost stopped several times when it became more sexually explicit parts.

Bad narration

The female narrator was very monotone, not good at all. The story itself was predictable and eventually boring. I’m giving the overall a third star because I know Burton can do better than this

Couldn’t “put it down”

This was a great book! I couldn’t stop listening, finished it quickly! I highly recommend

Slow

I thought the narration was fine. However the book was very slow and the characters were hard to like overall. I did not like the ending regarding Margo. Not my favorite.

Good, not Great

The description of this book did not do it justice. I found it interesting. And learned a lot about what sick people will do. Can’t say I enjoyed the book. But it was interesting. Admittedly, I read a lot, this year my goal is 225 books, Haven’t reach my goal yet, but I will. I mention this to say, I can usually figure out who the bad one is before the end of the book. This one had me guessing incorrectly.

RECOMMENDATION: READ IT.

Sequel to come?

I thought the story was good but the ending left way too many questions in answered.🤬

Always trust ur gut

Dawson apparently didn’t learn from previous mistakes made. It would’ve been nice if Scarlett was treated better and received confirmation. It’s so sad that after going through hell she had to put up with ppl and their unnecessary opinions and drama. We need to do better. I love that Dawson had a male narrator and Scarlett had a female one

Wonderful book and production!!

I almost didn’t listen to this because of other reviews, but I am so glad I did!! This was a wonderful book! I love all of Mary Burton books, but this kept me guessing!! The narrators were good. Overall, it is a great listen!!

the twist in the ending

it took a bit to get in to it, but then it held your interest
