Resumen del Editor

"Don't look for me. I'll come back when I'm ready."

Pandora Madchen wrote those words when she ran off six years ago. In that time she's become a sensation with the rock group Nemesis, toured the world, and grown up. Now Pandora is ready to return to the desert state of Sedikhan and the man she loved too soon and too much.

Sheik Philip El Kabbar is a businessman whose power and influence extends throughout the world - but for six long years he's been unable to find the woman he loves. Now she's come back on her own terms and will take the kind of erotic gamble that Philip always wins. Only this time he isn't sure that in winning they won't both lose what matters most. Or that in loving her, he won't be hurting them both....

Classic Iris Johansen…. Captivating!

Listening to this audiobook in the context of the year it was written…1985… it deserves nothing less than 5 stars! Relative to other books of its time, it’s amazing! So well written. The characters are well rounded and the romance is heartfelt, charming, and sweet. The audiobook was produced by BBC America, and it shows in the high quality audio sound and the talented narration.

If you want to enjoy a vintage romance that’s well written and absorbing, this book is for you. If you’re thinking about spending a credit on it because you’re a fan of Iris Johansen’s modern romantic suspense novels, you’ll be disappointed.
