If I had known it was such a short analysis…
Maybe the analysis was just the right length but I really thought it would be a more in-depth analysis. If I had known it was such a short analysis, I would have gone online to read it on a website instead of spending a credit on Audible. I might have to send it back but I hate to do that when I’m hoping do use it in bookclub in the next couple of months. It is short enough though, that we could probably play it during the meeting. I just don’t know that it really says that much. I guess he just covered the obvious points and didn’t get into anything in depth.
The narrator was less worried about entertaining me then most narrators are. Actually kind of appreciated this. Most narrators are so busy trying to entertain me that it gets between me and the author. Since I wasn’t trying to be entertained by this book but informed, I think the narrator was OK but he did stammer a little bit or at least hesitate between some words.
