As a matter of fact, it is ludicrous to say that there are two religions, when there is but one God. There may be two denominations or sects, but there is only one religion. What we now call different religions should be known as different denominations or sects under that one universal religion.

This book tells things you need to know about Kriya Yoga, very clearly but profoundly. If you want to know and learn Kriya Yoga book is absolutely worth of reading. But even if Kriya Yoga is not the main focus in your life right now, book is still worth of reading: book talks about many aspects of life very honestly and is applicable everyone's everyday life, specially these days of insecurity, materialism and uncertain values.
Book is a start for those who are in the beginning of Kriya Yoga path. For those, who have been longer on the path, book is friendly reminder and source of inspiration.
Best thing in the book is that's very honest. It doesn't promise something that isn't really available and makes it way that one really wants to do one's best! Thank you!
