We will understand how the personality operates and malfunctions. We will see how each type relates to the MBTI. We will find the primary and basic motive driving individuals of each type. Motives and drives are the guiding angel and stalking demon of every individual. Each of us has a major strength, and if not balanced and controlled, this same power will cause our downfall. It is in the Enneagram that we discover how to understand, help, and heal others and ourselves.
