A beautiful tribute to Advent
This book is a beautiful tribute to Advent as we see it unfold in nature. I can’t quit recommending this book to my naturalist friends and colleagues for the lessons that I have learned, not just spiritual but also science. This is a great book to use as a source for theological reflections, contemplative prayer, Wild Church, creation care and so much more!
I will be recommending this to read this Advent.

Beautiful prose, beautifully read by the author.
This book sounds sounds as beautiful as it reads in print. Gayle Boss’ reading brings out the poetic prose and the subtle music enhances the reflective performance. Excellent work!

A story for all ages to re read
Rarely have I read a book that held my interest so well as the words captured in these stories. The author details each creature with love telling of sounds, colors, and purpose.
As she mentions of her children, I see us re reading this story every Advent too. It is short and chapters take just 5 to 10 minutes to read.
