Love the overall experience

What did you like best about this story?

Where do I begin? I love the music, the narrator's soothing voice, the meditation, the guided imagery - I enjoyed it all. I didn't realize the actual meditation only required about 20 minutes of my time, I pleasant surprise as I was able to do some reflection afterwards for the rest of the audiobook as the music played.

Any additional comments?

I had a much needed, enjoyable experience during this meditation and discovered some personal and useful insight. It was as though the meditation forced an epiphany out of me-which I welcomed fully. I was pleased with the session and will certainly be trying it again multiple times.

Amazing. It actually works. I'm going back again and again. Well done recording and good trance like reading made this work.

A bit disappointed

When I buy a meditation that is less than an hour long, I expect for the meditation to be the full amount of time that is stated. This one did the ending about half way through and played the music the rest of the way. If I had wanted that much music, I would have bought a music only meditation.

Very Poor Value

This audio book is 1hr.and 10 min. There is 15min. or speaking and 55 min. of music and bilateral beats. The 15min of info. are 5 of explanation of what Akashic records and 10 of a poor to mediocre mediation. The rest is calm music. Can you say RIP OFF. Useless waste, I feel taken advantage of.

This did not work as a mediation, regression or otherwise. The only upside is.... bless Audible if you have membership and you hate it they will take it back. Thank Goodness as this is a waste. Do not waste your money. I am honestly at a loss as to how it has any positive reviews.

Rushed

It is about a 10 minute guided meditation - with the rest music. The visualizations were rushed, with no time to left lingering at the spots one might expect.

No worth it

I love the way it starts and after 10 min or so there is only music.
It doesn't talk about the Akashi Records it only takes you to a small guided meditation.

Awful, just awful, no substance

This audio book is just plain awful, it has no substance or meaningful content. It's first and last chapter consist of a brief intro and a copyright notice. The middle part is mostly binaural beat with a brief voice over in the beginning that is simply to short for any meaningful guided meditation.

Waste!

Only about 12 minutes of actual guidance where the items are not describe very well rushing through. The story is basic:
-you walk up a hill get to the top where there's a decorative door.
-walk through the door into a big library.
-see a different door cracked open for you you go through it
-sit in a room with the computer where you look up a book (keep in mind no specifics here of what you're looking up or what the door looks like.)
-go out to the corridor for the book & falls off the shelf into your hands.
-go back to the computer room, absorb all the information then leave.

The rest is random music.
Pretty disappointed.

terrible narration

Narrator might be good for meditations but terrible as a narrator for books.
Modulation tooooooooo slooooooow to even focus on the content.
Didn't get past first few paragraphs.
