Great story!

Great story. Makes you wonder what our first interaction will be if we survive long enough to meet another species.

Amazing up until Chapter 86. (Warning- Spoilers)

I was quite literally prepared to say this might have been the greatest First Contact story I've ever read. But then, at the end, it devolved into the classic "Farewell to the Master" (The Day the Earth Stood Still) trope. A fun and thoughtful story giving an excellent account of how human politics might address first contact, but don't expect too much at the end. At least it wasn't "To Serve Man" (V)

Oh my God, another woke agenda

You have to get about halfway through the book before it turns beyond stupid. A script that’s been played out to a point of nausea.
