A Classic

This book is a great introduction to Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. The case is interesting and involves suspense and intrigue. This book has many twists and turns that are unexpected, which is great for a detective book. Overall a great listen, the narrator does a great job as well. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in detective novels or the classics.

Jacobi is masterful in his narration

The story is timeless. Even though it is written over 100 years ago, the theories and observations are relative today

Conan Doyle was brilliant

Marvellous

Excellent performance by Sir Jacobi, I thought his dramatic rendition and accents were perfect for Doyle's Sherlock Holmes. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to listen to one of Doyle's more famous stories. 5 stars all around!
