Authentic and Captivating…

I love reading Jamaica Kincaid’s work. It’s so descriptive, passionate and thought provoking. Seeing her at a book talk last month cemented my desire to read more and more Jamaica Kincaid. Her conversation on being a writer was direct and unapologetic. From the sound of the audience’s frequent impromptu applause it was clear we all loved her bold brilliance.
