started out strong, then faded at the end

The second volume in the series started out really well. I really enjoyed it and thought I would enjoy the entire book. However, the last 10 chapters turned out to be a slog. I’m not sure if the author just couldn’t come up with any good ideas or if he was trying to create some great over arching story at the end, but it really turned into just a boring, uninteresting ending. This is really sad since the first 3/4 of the book was really good.

The narration was excellent.

the pauses in the male voice actors words, to long.

it was a decent book 2, but the male voice actors words come out feeling like broken sentences.

Great book

I was hooked from the beginning of the book. Pacing was pretty good. I enjoyed this adventure! Looking forward to book 3!

Good, but…

Chapters were mis-numbered by 2, the story picked up/started in an odd place, I have come to expect more form this author and studio, still one of my favorite authors & will continue to read & listen!

The series is great

This was a great 2 nd book of series but it ended at a n unusual time. Many authors end books with cliffhangers that try cheap tricks to try to get readers to buy the next. Like who shot JR.
The mc and his group were in the middle of an ongoing battle and quest and it just ended. I suggest to wait for book 3 before purchasing this one
