From quests heaped on me from ancient ancestors, to trampy witches, to misogynistic hobgoblins, I'm pretty much screwed from the get-go. Oh, and don't forget Barghest. Yeah, those druid Black Dog wannabes are still around and more determined than ever to see us eliminated. Someone should tell them the best way to make sure I do something is to tell me I can't.

Yeah, no, like Han Solo said, "Never tell me the odds."

Look out, druid world. Fiona is back and she's fired up.

Better than the first!

I'm not even sure how it's possible but this book was better than the last!

The characters all have amazing growth. They're the same characters you know and love from book one, but like real people they grow and change. I can't even think of enough good words for it.

Loving the addition of the new "species" in Toronto. So much potential for story lines. Just downloaded book three, can't wait!

The narrator is wonderful. I can pretty much tell which character is speaking before it's even said. Excellent all around!

Oh! Quick warning, if you're listening on Audible you WILL accidentally talk with a {bad} Irish accent for a bit afterward. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don’t know if I can articulate how much I enjoy and I’m constantly amazed by how Tempest writes the dialogue of the characters! It is so full and rich with fun and funny sayings, colloquial phrases and teasing between the characters! I just enjoy the experience and Dulude made it all the better with her various voices!

The story itself is well written with great pacing. Tempest has this ability to pack in so much that it makes it feel “filled.” So much so that both this book and the first almost feel like more than one book. I love it!
I really enjoy how we get to see more of Ireland but especially more of their home city in Canada.

Really enjoying this series!

I try new series on a whim, we’ll usually a free read. A few catch my attention. Funny, arse kicking, good story, strong female lead, family, I love it. Also enjoy the reader. Fits well with the character.

Enjoying this Series a Lot!!!

Hard to go into much detail without giving to much away. I am Soooo Enjoying this Series and the McCool family both in Ireland and In the US. This is a interesting and varied Magical Family and thier interaction with each other and the way they tease each other is very Amusing and Fun . Narrator does a Great job with the various characters voices and the entire storyline of this book.

The Guild

It is always non stop action with Fiona and her family. She pulls you in and takes you with her and her amazing life’s journey.
