A year has passed since the injustice of the court's decision. The suffering continues as a child desperately pleads to return home. Instead, she is held hostage by a narcissistic mother whose only thought is herself. Her father sacrifices a career to always be there for his daughter. The journey is arduous as he ventures north and south of the country - covering an extraordinary 1,000 miles, alternating weekends. The story is heartbreaking as they both hold onto the precious life they had and the memories of their past.
