Delightful story with likable characters

This was such a fun and funny story! Great narration that really brought the characters and setting to life. The leads were likable - smart, complex people finding their ways in life - and the supporting characters had real depth. I don’t understand why this doesn’t have 5 stars all around, as it was hard to stop listening. Well worth the credit!

Where was the hero and heroine again?

Story had potential but... the hero was bossed around by everyone, and she would save the day...as he stared.

A Wonderful, Entertaining & Romantic Story to start the series.

I enjoyed reading this book.

Jessica Bright did a Wonderful job narrating the Story.

Meredith & Alfred were wonderful characters.

I am looking forward to reading Anne & Timothy's story in the next book in this series.

Good story without being overly explicit

I enjoyed this trope of governess and “boss” and Archibald is delightful. There were times I got very frustrated with both of them because they just needed to talk it out, but overall a solid storyline. I also appreciate that the sexual tension is there but it doesn’t get overly explicit with descriptions.
