What a joy
The story & characters are as wonderful as all the previous books. MS Vicki-jo does a marvelous narration,; a joy to listen to & brings the characters to life. Looking for to many more enjoyable hours with this series.

Just slow moving
I liked this book, but the beginning is very slow moving and goes on and on about who is wearing what to the activities and things which is just boring. Took almost the entire book to get exciting and move the story along. The last chapter or two is good because it finally gets moving.

Too Much Dowager
I really enjoy the Tabitha and Wolf mysteries but that is because of Tabitha and Wolf. This book focused mainly on the Dowager Countess and her efforts to investigate on her own. As I find her character annoying, I was irritated by how much of the narrative she took up and did not enjoy this book as much as the previous entries.
