This is the first book in the Shadow Walker Saga. Remington(Remy) is a Hunter. Hunter’s are reborn through time. She is about to turn 21 and must make the choice to become a Hunter again or choose to live as a human. If she chooses to become a Hunter she will gain her past memories. This is Remy’s 12 life. As a Hunter she is sworn to not tell the humans who or what she is and to now fraternize with the other Factions. The other Factions include Vampires, Werewolves, witches. Only as she is gaining more of her memories she has learned that the other Factions are as they have been taught. Hunters were taught that Werewolves and Vampires are evil beings working for the Filth. But that isn’t very true. Now for the first time all of her past lovers are present in at the same time. She now has to figure out how to keep herself and her men safe, while changing the world as they know it. I can’t wait to listen to the next book! Sarah Puckett did an incredible job narrating this book.

Juicy

I love this book. It held my interest all the way through. The sex was a bit much for my taste but it didn’t take away from the story’s excitement.

Looooove this series! I read luna rising first so I'm playing catch up. Sooo good!

Buffy meets Supernatural!

Imagine if Buffy the Vampire slayer and Supernatural had a baby... that's this book! Throw in the romance, and BAM!

Oops!! I read book 11 and it was really good, so I decided to start on this one (book one) because I felt a little lost...

Ok, the main character is a wiener... omg how much she complains but if you stick to it, it does get pretty good, and you can oversee the weak persona that the main female character displays. Just keep going it really does get better.

Oh! but this is a cliffhanger so be aware!!

I like this one but didn't love it so am hopping book two is better.

Not what I expected

First this is really a reverse harem novel. The back and forth of past vs present is a little confusing but overall it's a great story with several steamy scenes.

there is so much love in this book and the protagonist in the story has a happy family when I wish I had

I couldn't finish

I tried, but couldn't finish it. spoiler alert. I say that, but you know what is coming the entire story. I liked the idea and the basis of the story. But come on, you can't be the greatest warrior and a damsel in distress every time. let me fight, don't protect me, and get hurt in every encounter it is just stupid. I understand she is just getting her memory back. Have some common sense.
The MC must be amazing because she is surrounded by men who only care about her. Come off it, no one is that great. it was so cliché. The sex scene were boring and flat.

not for me

l dislike stories where the protagonist is so clueless about all the mistakes they've made in their past and we have to painfully wait to see what the next stupid thing pops up
