Awesome Audre
I am far more familiar with Lorde’s essays than her volumes of poetry. I love this collection for her incisive analysis and astute observations written with the poet’s eye and ear and a warrior’s heart. If you haven’t read them, I recommend Sister Outsider and The Cancer Journals too.
