Resumen del Editor
We had sailed through choppy waters that day. Exhausted and hungry, we anchored the boat somewhere safe and were about to set off for a hike toward the location where we would be camping for the night. As we packed provisions we were thinking about quick and easy recipes for our dinner. It had to be something:
- Quick to prepare
- With few easily sourced Mediterranean ingredients
- Tasty and healthy
- Filling (to keep the crew happy!)
Do you relate to most of the above?
If so, the 5 Ingredient Cookbook is all you need! It has a wide variety of quick and easy recipes made from healthy Mediterranean ingredients that are easy to find and available in most markets, local grocers, and supermarkets. This book takes you to Greece, Sicily, Italy, France, and Spain to learn from their culinary delights.
Learn to cook some of the most loved Mediterranean dishes such as:
- Chicken with Green Olive and Lemon
- Spaghetti Vongole
- Prawns Saganaki
- Greek salad with watermelon and mint

Is bourbon the quintessential American liquor? Bourbon is not just alcohol - the amber-colored drink is deeply ingrained in American culture and tangled in American history. From the early days of raw corn liquor to the myriad distilleries that have proliferated around the country today, bourbon is a symbol of the United States. This course traces bourbon's entire history, from the 1700s, with Irish, Scottish, and French settlers setting up stills and making distilled spirits in the New World, through today's booming resurgence.

Many horse trainers, even those who espouse the so-called natural horsemanship approach, take the position that horses who fail to obey a human's request are doing so as much out of perversity as ignorance. That's not Mark Rashid's view. In his words, "If we understand that horses can't separate the way they feel from the way they act, then we can start to see that unwanted behavior isn't bad behavior at all. More times than not, it's just the horse expressing the way he feels at that particular moment in time....

Some good recipes
I got this arc via audiobook boom and this my voluntary review. There were some good recipes and some that I would not try such as the one for octopus. The narration was not good but i I would try something from the book.

Delicious sounding recipes- no pdf?
This is the first book I’ve read/listened to by this author. It is an interesting book. An accompanying pdf with the recipes would have been nice. This is basically a bunch of recipes being read. Many of them sound delicious.
This is the sixth book I’ve listened to by this narrator ( Denise Kahn ) and her audio quality is still poor. It sounds tinny. She uses an accent to narrate this book but it’s not done that well. She drops the accent often. I think it would have been fine to narrate this in her own voice.
There are no explicit sex scenes, excessive violence or swearing.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and voluntarily left this unbiased review.
