Overall id say this was a waste of a credit, the voices are bad and the stories are bad.

WONT HOLD MY ATTENTION

There are a lot of short stories in this book, most were not very erotic, for my interests. Personal preference will probably vary wildly on this subject matter.

I wasn't bored with any of these stories like many of the reviewers were. In fact there were a few that now are still memorable, but only as images. Makes me think it's time for a second listen (my first was right after it was released) . I'm fairly new to the genre, and don't know what others may be looking for in the book -- I found this no more titillating than some SF short story collections. It is, rather, a series of sexually charged intimate short stories. They go off each in their own, sometimes odd, directions. None the direction my fantasies lead, but then, they did stimulate the imagination.

Perhaps I have improved my taste or gotten old, but I found these stories boring. Perhaps not my cup of tea. I tried to listen to them all, but after awhile, I fell asleep.

I'm actually thinking about cancelling my account I'm so grossed out. I downloaded the above mentioned books based on Audible reviews but was completely misled

it was terrible i thought it would be like alison's wonderland only to find out that i really did not like this book.

This is the worst collection of "erotic" stories I have ever read. I couldn't finish more than half of them they were so ridiculous and lame. Save your money and your time.

Would you try another book from Susie Bright and/or Judith Smiley, and Don Leslie?

I did not like any of these stories. They were contrite and poorly written. The only thing that was good was the reading of the stories. This audio book needs to be taken off the market; it isn't going to sell anyway. Sorry.

What could Susie Bright have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Gotten better writers' stories. I am sure that those same writers have better stories somewhere.

What didn’t you like about Judith Smiley, and Don Leslie’s performance?

Their performance was fine it was the sorry stories that they had to read that did it in for me.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from X - The Erotic Treasury?

All of them. The stories just stunk.

Get the editors to really read the stories before you rush to record someone reading it. Make sure that people are going to enjoy listening to those stories.
