This was fun if you enjoy the bully trope. It wasn’t overly harsh bully but still had its moments. I think the reasoning behind Jake being upset and causing his bullying was what threw me off and made it not as intense. This was the first time a high school bully romance felt like high school. Still enjoyed it and I’ll continue the series bc I enjoy Tracy’s universe and I want to read her entire catalog. This was my first time listening to Rachel and Patrick and Rachel was truly phenomenal. The switching of characters and accents was very impressive. Patrick was enjoyable too and I think created the perfect tone for a high schooler.

I thought the story and performance were okay. Not bad, not great. I'm going to give the next book in the series a shot.

I listened to Thorn on Audible, the narrators did an awesome job. Jake and Amalie are something else. Jake takes one look at Amalie and decides he hates her. Amalie, though nervous about starting a new school weathers Jake's treatment.

She stands up to the school star no matter what, her sarcastic responses had me dying while listening!

Rosewood High is a new series I am going to enjoy, cant wait to read book 2.

Reasons I enjoyed this book:
Easy-to-read, Entertaining, Funny, Page-turner, Romantic, Witty, Wonderful characters.

This was a fun bully romance. However, the male narrator was so terrible that I almost quit listening.
