I have read this story and heard the original audio book with the other female voice actress. I did not like the change at all. With that being said this is a powerful story. I will listen to the next only because of my love for the story however.

i love reading the book. when the audio version came out I had to get it. the narrators did a very good job. Can't wait to see what audiobook is next.

I Absolutely Love This Couple….This couple had a lot to overcome….both experienced an extreme amount of trauma and the issue was learning how to deal with it and thrive. This was an amazingly written story of leaning into the trauma in order to learn to overcome and thrive.

Okay so let me first say, I listened to the first book on Audible and this Author is so amazing!! I really love how Love Belvin and CCJ collaborates their stories!! It’s the small details for me. Small references that really make you go “ hey! That was in such and such book!” Second, the Muted Love, Recklessness, and Hope series if you have not listened to it you GO NOW!! It’s perfect!! So very much perfect!! It’s what made me fall in love with this Author’s writing!! Third, I loved listening to the first book of this series so much that I read the second book and checked back every month on the Author to see if the second book has been uploaded to audible and I’m going to listen to it over and over and over like the first!! I’m so excited!!!!!!! Okay I’m done!! But y’all this storyline is so Fire 🔥 and you’ll enjoy it!! Also check out the Muted Love series by this author!! Oh and the narrators did so good!! I definitely added them to my list of narrators I search just to see if they have new books out no matter the genre!! Okay I’m done enjoy!! 😅😅

I was so waiting on this. I have read both books multiple times and they are fantastic out of this world books to read but I'm sorry to say the woman who narrated this book did not do it justice. so I'll say read the books instead of listening to them on audible

Mike sounded better in this project. I don’t know if Zakia is the same person as Elyce Brown but their narration is irritating. You don’t actually have to laugh especially when it says “i laughed”. Like girl??? I was hooked to the characters and the story though. Luckily Winter was well written so I actually like her character just not her narrator. I do wish she was more empathetic with her little sister. Clearly that girl was a victim not an actual betrayer. Hopefully they protect Asia and the other children in the family from him. I also appreciate the spotlight on CPTSD for young boys as well. They often suffer in silence because of gendered shame. The plot was plotting and loved the guest appearances from Christina C Jones characters as well. This is my favorite book universe. More please.

I will always love this couple. There is something so relatable about Wynter and Ragee. Their short lived love hate, to explosive sex, to their breakup and journey to love. MUAH
