I thoroughly enjoyed both books in this series understanding how poly-relationships work and how love is so much more than what we think is what made both of these books so good. The passion was so 🔥 and yes I would love more.

It was nice to see polyamory depicted in a black romance novel, especially the MFM, MMF dynamic. I’m pretty sexually free, but I admit to *clutching my pearls* a few times during this listen. The Oath & The Offer were my first listens from this author. I hope they continue pen such captivating and non-traditional love stories.

Goodness! TM Richardson did it again! Lacy Laurel, you narrated the heck outta this book! Disclaimer if you don’t like HIGH level spice or M/M, or group spice…just go ahead and pass but recommend it to somebody who does.

After book 1, I wasn’t sure how the author could top the story. Well, she delivered another powerful punch with book 2. This time exploring the love of two bisexual men with their woman. But it doesn’t come without a cost. Khadeem and Christophe are not only staunch and wealthy businessmen, but also prominent public figures who are considered pillars in their community. A community that is generally not accepting and severely scrutinizing of alternative lifestyles and love. Throw in the mix fire and brimstone Bible-thumping parents on top of political aspirations and it’s a recipe for public disaster. Besides the tantalizing intimacy (oh so yummy), the story of loving your way in a climate that judges without understanding will have you all in your feels. If you don’t do anything else for your reading days, pick this up… immediately.
