Pretty good! I liked the FMC more than the MMC and needed to speed up the reading to enjoy it more, but they both did well. The one thing that I really did not like was the whisper yelling the male did when his character was supposed to be yelling. I’ve heard enough other voice actors to be certain you can make a character “yell” without yelling and definitely without whisper- shouting. I’m so happy it’s duet style I could cry. I also enjoyed the sound effects.
Characters:
Generally, I like the MCs. Jill was a little bit annoying in that typical irrational FMC way, and being part of the mafia world, I guess I expected her to be a little more savvy and badass. Luca, I like well enough. I like how dark and mean he is. My one gripe about him is how often he needed to use the direct ultimatum against his father to get his way. I think that real dominance in a man doesn’t need to rely on explicitly stated threats (over and over) to get compliance. They get a SLOW burn, satisfying and frustrating as it’s supposed to be!
Plot: Great. Loved it. I was locked in to the story the whole time, I loved the twists at the end even though I was screaming at Jill the whole time to just stop and LISTEN lol.
Wild is for sure the Queen of dark, twisted, and dirty smut and it was very well balanced with plot. Tbh even though the actual scenes were on brand, the amount of smut in this book is a little light compared to some of her other works.
I’ll definitely keep this in my library to listen to multiple times.

I love the MMC but the FMC, Jill. Gets on my nerves to the point I couldn't finish the book.
she married the MMC to save her sister but she is an idiot.
I couldn't finish, in order to find out why she didn't like the MMC. why she couldn't say she still had her v-card. it was so stupid.
She is annoying that I couldn't finish.
what kept me going was the MMC but Jill ruined it.
