This story is a prime example of one of the many reasons I love books so much. While I've always considered myself to be open minded and understanding, I never had true understanding of poly relationships nor did I ever really take them serious. By that I mean I've never accepted or believed a Poly couple would share the same deep love a 2 partner couple does. It's because of this book and 1 other that I realized how absurd that belief was. While this is a fictional story and like all romamce stories, far better than real life typically goes, it did make me truly understand how 3 people could truly be in love with one another. Even outside of a fairytale romance.
When I originally purchased this, I was only interested in the eroticism and spice and thought that's all I'd get from it, but I was so wrong.
This really is a beautiful story with endearing characters and amazing relationship development. Not just with lovers, but with so many different dynamic. There's SO MUCH relationship development here. That of lovers, family, friends, people with lifelong rifts. It's just packed with relationship and human development.
I absolutely love it!!!
