Book started off a bit unbelievable. Think Pretty Woman with S&M.
I didn’t care for the male voices. All sounded the same and awkward.
I look forward to the next book in this series.

Not what I was expecting… in a good way

The protagonist is more open-minded than naive, which makes it easy to identify with her. There is some mystery and some predictability, but no-holds-barred sexuality that is refreshing. Is it a Cinderella story? Well there are shoes involved and someone who needs to be found at the end... and that’s all I’m giving away. I liked it and enjoy the casual explanations of the BDSM scenes and the protagonists acceptance of her own enjoyment and self-discovery.

A real relationship, not just amazing fantasy sex.

Wow what was that? Even thou this the first time listening to this author. She draws you in and then keeps you. Really liked this book a thumbs up.

This was a really hard book to say "I am satisfied" at the end....

I was left a bit confused... James (if that is his name) was seriously crazy... the secret surround his identity was portrayed so well… that is it driving me crazy... what does he do? What is his real name? Why is he so secretive? And why did he cry after smex... the only time he did actually have smex? WHY?

Now, Katrina... Loved her... awesome character... but the way she gets swept up by James is absolutely crazy... Then he has all this rules… then she can't tell if they are playing a game or really a couple... It is just crazy...

I am so confused... but I totally enjoyed the book... This is erotica, so be warned.... lots and lots of smex... but a good story... I can't wait to get book 2...just to find out about Mr. Lightning!
