Ugh I can't tell if I love cliffhangers or if they are pure evil! The book itself was excellent! A lot of suspense, especially at the end, and on of the characters may have been taken away...😭 I am really hoping he will be back though!!!

l loved the snark and humour as year 2 brings surprises, challenges and a couple of shocks. l recommend this series and am looking forward to book 3. Sexually explicit love scenes so for mature readers/listeners. Narrator does a good job with the store.

I always thought the 1st 1 is the best, but after listening to this book I have changed my mind!!! I love both books 1 and 2!!! So obviously I CANNOT wait to read the 3rd book!!! I am actually going to buy it as soon as I am done with this review. 😊😊😊 Cara Wylde always leaves you wanting more and wondering what's going to happen next?!? In general this is a very good story, the presentation by the reader is easy to listen to and the story will suck you in. I'm about halfway done with this 2nd in the series. My only complaint would be the author goes into too much detail about Milas sexual escapades.. you think she's going to leave something to the imagination.. nope full description of Milas entire events with 2 guys and I mean detailed -- i was listening in my car and I was like I thought I was getting a dark fantasy type novel not porn.. fast forwarding through these parts and the story itself is solid... really there was no need for that.. otherwise as I said.. if you liked the first book you'll enjoy this one just be aware that there are a few of those events with Mila within the story that you may want to skip.. I have enjoyed Milas character arc and finding out who she is ... I'll leave the rest for others to disclose... read / listen to the book and see for yourself :)

This book is just overall fantastic. i have bought all four and can't wait to see what happens next. Mila is quite the character.

I couldn't finish the book. it's poorly written. FMC is all over the place.. just tacky.

The writing of this book gave me the feeling it was written by a 13year old.
