Silk & Shadows was a super funny & sexy story. Norma is going to college to become a journalist. Zack is a star player for the football team who ends up needing a tutor. Norma becomes that tutor but under the disguise of his girlfriend. Zack is totally not Norma's type. He is very cocky & full of himself but why does Norma's body start to feeling things she doesn't want it to towards Zack. Norma wants to find a good guy not someone like Zack. Zack is used to having all the girls throw themselves at him so when Norma doesn't, the chase is on. This book was so good! Very funny & sexy at the same time. Tor Thom & Melissa Moran fit the characters well. Great narration!

The story was unique and original. Lauren Landish writes amazing, sarcastic leading ladies that I am always able to relate to. I enjoyed every minute of this audio and cannot wait to go back and listen to the other books in this series!

The narration was amazing! Everything was done perfectly!

I loved this hot jock and tutor/fake relationship story. It was a fun and quick listen and Ms Landish made falling for Zach easy. He’s sexy, smart, and a total sweetheart. Norma is was a great sassy female lead and the banter between she and Zach was just perfect! Lauren Landish is quickly becoming a go to author for me with her amazing stories full or heat and heart. She keeps the angst to a minimum giving the story just enough to add an element of drama, but still keeping it feeling real and relatable. Add to that her heroines that have sass and vulnerability in just the right measure and heroes that are completely drool and swoon worthy, and you have yourself a one-click author!

Narrators Melissa Moran and Tor Thom continue to narrate this series and thank goodness! I love their pairing and performances in series so much. Melissa Moran perfectly captures Norma’s vulnerability and sassiness. Tor Thom was just perfect at the hot jock: confident, strong, sexy, but still gentle and sweet. Totally credit worthy!

This is book 3 of the series . It’s as heart gripping as the other 2 in the series . Lauren Landish is very talented story teller . She knows how to make you want see the sweet story with a heart gripping love story, thrown in with some panty wetting scenes.
This story is about Norma Jean and Zachs story . You meet Norma in book 1 and 2 . She’s Liam’s little sister but also a nerd . She has goals in her life . She wants to be a journalist and the best . And to top it off she’s a virgin.
She’s assigned to help out with school projects. If she doesn’t and Zach fells the grade he’s in trouble.
Zach is a football star. He’s relying on football and the school is relying on him . If he fails the class he’s out of the team .
Things get hot and heavy between Norma and Zach . It gets real steamy and you need to grab it and see if the virgin looses her virgin status . It’s great that other characters show up from the other stories to tie them into this story

Tor Thom and Melissa were and are great together. They make you think your right in the story beside them and you see scenes like they are life . The voices are smooth , sexy , clear and strong .

These two characters seem unlikely to become a couple but I guess that is where the phrase opposites attract comes from. I loved her sass and his cockiness together and the sex was hot. The narration was great.
