It’s the perfect amount of dark! Not too taboo but will make you blush lol I don’t want to give anything away so please just read it!

This second book is just as incredible as the first, if not more so. The writer did a phenomenal job keeping the story intense and that plot twist at the end was everything! I was hooked until the very last second and now I’m just sitting here wanting more. I really, really hope they make a third book because I am not ready for this story to end. If you loved the first one, get this immediately—it is so good and absolutely worth it."

The story was great. I loved the ups and downs. The ending was slightly unexpected. Of course some good love making between Ada and the king.

This duet was so very good!! I recently dipped my toe in the dark fantasy pond starting with the amazing Vicious Lost Boys series by Nikki St. Crowe. This was recommended to me by someone on FB and the premise and trigger warnings intrigued me. I really enjoyed the depth of characters and the way that they changed each other. I also appreciated that the morally gray remained that way. Loved "Uncle Yarin" he added the much needed humor during some of the dark moments. The books are spicy in the best possible way. Definitely worth the credits. Enjoy!
