Piper can write the most beautiful stories! I could listen to them all the time and be so happy. Her plots are so smooth and they keep me guessing.
Skyler is a super narrator. He brings them to life with a great passion.

Action-packed audiobook about murder, tragedy and greed. Wren is rescued by a grumpy smoke jumper named Phoenix. There is an age gap which concerns Phoenix. Wren remains steadfast in her convictions and her commitments despite her family's disapproval. Skyler Morgan did a wonderful job of narrating this book.

Phoenix is hot hot hot. I love the grumpy suffering hero and the heroine who saves him. Very satisfying.

This one really surprised me! It has an amazing suspenseful story mixed in with the relationship stuff. I love that! Piper Stone does an excellent job working those two elements together flawlessly. I enjoyed getting to know all the Missoula Bad Boys! Phoenix had sooo many hidden secrets it was wonderful learning all of them! I can’t wait for more in this series.

Skylar Morgan filled my ears in this one. He is a joy to listen to as he does a wonderful job.

This story was so sweet and heart-wrenching at the same time! Piper always finds a way to enter twine your emotions keeping you on a roller coaster! The narrator, Skyler, is amazing as well, drawing you into the story making you feel the experience! Love and can’t wait to read/listen the rest of the series!

Just as I always expect from Piper Stone. A story that is steamy, hot, with mystery, danger, and secrets.
Phoenix is the ultimate alpha male. but underneath all that, he has his insecurities, demons, and a tragic moment in his past that haunts him.
Wren is a strong , opinionated, younger woman that is his equal. they are perfect for each other.
Another great start to a series I can't waif for more.
Skylar Morgan brings out the emotions throughout this audio. I was gifted this audio and offered my honest review.

I really enjoyed the main storyline but I was not a fan of the sex in this book. To me it was a little too brutal for my taste. The narration was really well done.

I love romantic suspense done right! I don't mind instalove when it feels natural, and this just hit the spot. Phoenix was an alpha all the way through, and he took command right away. Sometimes, I like that we don't have to deal with a slow burn. These two were fire 🔥.
