Loved this collection! I could close my eyes and see it happening. It not just the guys that are heroic but the female character is empowering.

The story was good and kept me interested. The only thing that bothered me was the changing of voices. I like that they changed, but it wasn’t smooth between. I ended up getting use to it.

I really did like the storyline it wasn't boring at any point it kept going the whole time and kept my interest.

The only thing I have to say is the woman narrating needs to put a little bit more emotion into her characters, she spoke very monotone most of time. There should have been emotion in the higher stress areas, the love sceans and especially when she was yelling to someone to stop because she was the police, she just sounded like she was asking someone to pass the sugar across the table no emotions. However the male narrator was awesome he was really good at distinguishing voices and put a lot of emotion into the characters.

If you like magic vampires gargoyles villains demons it's a good storyline, the female narrator just needs to up her game a little. I did like the way it ended as well.

I liked the fact that through out the books, certain behaviors were realistic. The unbalance of different lives to live at the same time. Things were paced great!
I do wish that the deaths of the parents for the magical children has more. It felt like there was this whole build up but then nada. But I guess, the reason that people do bad things aren’t always huge reasons but a small one they turn into something bigger. But overall it was great. Slow, to the point but great action!

So this was good, it was different but the sex scenes were awful and there were time when I felt like they replaced the narrator with AI. She sounded like the Google voice lady and there was just no emotion. Mostly in the first and second book.

the male narrator is amazing and is the only reason i gave the performance rating 4 stars. the female narrator would be like 2.5 stars. She definitely sounded like A.I. often and tbh I fast forwarded over the steamy scenes because she made them cringe worthy. The story was interesting enough which I why I listened to the whole thing. Editing wasn't great. I swear the was a character that was mentioned in book 1 or 2 whose name was Marissa and then it was Melissa in the last book.

I also found it extremely frustrating that the twins were supposed to fly up to a balcony but it was mentioned 5 mins before that they no longer had wings. All in all not the best writing or editing but it was worth the $8 I spent on it. I would have been really angry if I paid full price for it.

Really interesting twist for a mythical love story. love all the guys and Ace. Glad she was able to lead a more normal life in the end.

Overall, I did enjoy the story. I thought the storyline was interesting, the characters were written very well, and there was enough plot that made me want to keep listening to the story. The only thing I would have to say is that it really didn't need to be four books, some of the story was, I don't know, stretched out I guess and I feel that I would have been frustrated purchasing all four books separately because I purchased them on eBook and Audible so I can go between the two. I'm glad they offered the box set, and I got it on sale. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the male narrator. He is new to me, and I will be looking at other books that he has narrated. I did like the female narrator, but I don't feel that she had a lot of different voices for the characters. I also felt like some of the editing was a little choppy with the narration. With that being said, I did enjoy the story and would recommend someone to listen to it if they have time.
